About the role
- You coordinate the daily business operations
- Drive the development and continued growth of your team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implement visual merchandising and presentation guidelines
- Plan in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling
- Financial performance analysis of the store

Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in textile/fashion retail, preferably with previous store management experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and solid commercial/business acumen
- Leadership skills and high social competence
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
