About the role
- Co-responsible for all shop operations
- Create an excellent shopping experience for our customers together with the team
- Coordinate daily store operations in consultation with the Store Manager
- Monitor overall commercial/financial performance and results
- Assist the Store Manager
- Inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial or business-related vocational training
- Strong numerical aptitude and good commercial/business acumen
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- A true team player with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
