About the role
- Take overall responsibility for the management of the shop
- Develop and coach your team through training and guidance
- Merchandising – implement presentation and display guidelines
- Plan in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling
- Conduct economic/financial shop analyses

Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training
- Relevant experience in textile/fashion retail
- Knowledge of key business/financial metrics
- Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen
- Leadership qualities and high social/interpersonal competence
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
