About the role
- You share responsibility for all shop operations
- You create a great shopping experience for our customers together with the team
- You coordinate daily business in consultation with the Shop Manager
- You always keep an eye on the overall commercial results
- You assist and support the Shop Manager
- You inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- You have a completed commercial/vocational qualification or equivalent
- You have an affinity for numbers and strong commercial/business acumen
- You have a strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- You are a dedicated team player with strong communication skills
- You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
