About the role
- Responsible for all operations in the store
- Create a great shopping experience for customers together with the team
- Coordinate daily store business in consultation with the Shop Manager
- Monitor overall commercial performance
- Provide assisting support to the Shop Manager
- Inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training
- Strong affinity for numbers and solid commercial/business mindset
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- True team player with good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
