About the role
- You are jointly responsible for all store operations
- You create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers together with the team
- You coordinate daily store business in consultation with your Store Manager
- You always keep an eye on the store's overall commercial performance
- You assist and support the Store Manager
- You inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- You have a solid completed commercial/vocational qualification
- You have a flair for numbers and strong commercial/business acumen
- You have a keen interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- You are a true team player with strong communication skills
- You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
