About the role
- You are jointly responsible for all shop operations
- You create a great shopping experience for our customers together with the team
- You coordinate the day-to-day business in consultation with your Shop Manager
- You always keep an eye on the overall commercial results
- You assist and support the Shop Manager
- You inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- You have a completed commercial/business apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- You have an affinity for numbers and strong commercial acumen
- You have a strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- You are a true team player
- You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
