About the role
- Take overall responsibility for managing the store
- Master key business metrics and ensure professional merchandising of textiles
- Build a cohesive, high-performing team and motivate it through a positive attitude
- Coordinate day-to-day store operations
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to the team
- Merchandising – implement visual presentation guidelines
- Plan in-store activities
- Plan staff schedules effectively and efficiently
- Analyze the store’s financial and economic performance
- Drive active sales
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or equivalent
- Experience in textile/apparel retail
- Strong numerical skills and solid commercial/business acumen
- Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills
- Keen interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of German
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of English and German
