About the role
- You coordinate daily store operations
- Develop and coach your team through training and mentoring
- Merchandising – implement visual presentation guidelines
- Plan in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling
- Conduct store performance and commercial analyses
- Active selling and customer engagement
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in business, commerce, or a related field
- Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail
- Ideally, experience in running/managing a store
- Strong numerical affinity and solid commercial/business acumen
- Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
