About the role
- You are jointly responsible for all shop operations
- You create a great shopping experience for our customers together with the team
- You coordinate the daily business in consultation with your Shop Manager
- You always keep an eye on the overall commercial results
- You assist the Shop Manager
- You inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial/business training (e.g., apprenticeship) or equivalent
- An affinity for numbers and strong commercial awareness
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
