About the role
- Jointly responsible for all in-store operations
- Create a great shopping experience for our customers together with the team
- Coordinate day-to-day business in consultation with the Store Manager
- Always keep an eye on the overall commercial performance
- Assist and support the Store Manager
- Inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent vocational qualification
- A flair for numbers and strong commercial/business acumen
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- A committed team player
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
