- Co-responsible for all store operations

- Monitor overall commercial performance
- Assist and support the Shop Manager
- Inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training (e.g., apprenticeship) or equivalent
- Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial thinking
- High interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- Strong team player
- Good communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
