About the role
- Joint responsibility for all shop operations
- Create a great shopping experience for our customers together with the team
- Coordinate daily business in consultation with the Store Manager
- Always keep an eye on the overall commercial results
- Assist the Store Manager
- Inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- A solid completed commercial (business/retail) education
- Affinity for numbers and strong commercial awareness/way of thinking
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- A true team player with good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
