About the role

  • Establish the retail structure in the Bremen region
  • Manage stores based on KPIs
  • Own responsibility for growth and sales together with the Store Managers
  • Coach and develop Shop Managers
  • Ensure excellent service and customer loyalty through innovative sales strategies
  • Recruit new employees in cooperation with the Store Manager and the Recruitment department

Requirements

  • Experience in regional management
  • Motivational leadership skills
  • Strong numerical/financial understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to respond quickly to changes in the environment
  • Fluent in German and English
