About the role
- Establish the retail structure in the Bielefeld region
- Manage stores based on KPIs
- Responsible for driving growth and sales in collaboration with Store Managers
- Coach Store Managers
- Ensure high-quality service and customer loyalty
Requirements
- Experience in regional management
- Motivational leadership skills
- Strong numerical skills and a commercial/entrepreneurial mindset
- Understanding of the fast-paced nature of retail
- High level of commitment, agility and a hands-on approach
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
