About the role
- Co-responsible for all store operations
- Create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers together with the team
- Coordinate daily store operations in consultation with your Shop Manager
- Monitor overall commercial/financial performance
- Assist the Shop Manager
- Inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial (business) qualification or vocational training
- Strong affinity for numbers and a solid commercial/business mindset
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
