Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct advisory conversations with prospective students, perform needs analyses, and provide tailored recommendations of our training programs
- Process incoming leads in a structured and timely manner, including qualifying and supporting them through to closing
- Communicate clearly and understandably with different target groups
- Explain and appropriately apply financing and funding options (e.g., education vouchers)
- Proactively pitch the self-employment perspective as a care companion where suitable
- Diligently record all activities and outcomes in the CRM
- Share knowledge within the team, support colleagues, and actively contribute to team development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in sales or consulting — ideally in direct customer dialogue
- Genuine customer orientation: you want to show people the right path, not just the quickest sale
- Structured, self-directed way of working
- Strong communication skills and patience, including when facing language barriers
- Openness to new tools and the use of AI as support
- Reliable documentation of your activities in the CRM
- Advantageous: affinity for the care or social sector
- Experience with education vouchers, AZAV, or other funding programs
