About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct advisory conversations with prospective students, perform needs analyses, and provide tailored recommendations of our training programs
  • Process incoming leads in a structured and timely manner, including qualifying and supporting them through to closing
  • Communicate clearly and understandably with different target groups
  • Explain and appropriately apply financing and funding options (e.g., education vouchers)
  • Proactively pitch the self-employment perspective as a care companion where suitable
  • Diligently record all activities and outcomes in the CRM
  • Share knowledge within the team, support colleagues, and actively contribute to team development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in sales or consulting — ideally in direct customer dialogue
  • Genuine customer orientation: you want to show people the right path, not just the quickest sale
  • Structured, self-directed way of working
  • Strong communication skills and patience, including when facing language barriers
  • Openness to new tools and the use of AI as support
  • Reliable documentation of your activities in the CRM
  • Advantageous: affinity for the care or social sector
  • Experience with education vouchers, AZAV, or other funding programs
