• You develop, manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns — with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• You think beyond campaigns: audiences, funnels, user journeys, conversion optimization and clear recommendations for our clients.
• You proactively manage clients, develop smart solutions and keep their goals in view — transparent, thoughtful and responsible.
• You work closely with our web and content teams to develop strong landing pages and efficient conversion flows.
• Together with our tech team you set up clean tracking configurations (GA4, GTM, pixel, events, custom conversions).
• You contribute your own ideas, test new approaches and help further develop our internal standards.

• You proactively manage client accounts, create smart solutions and keep their goals in focus—transparent, thoughtful and responsible.
• You work closely with our web and content teams to build strong landing pages and efficient conversion paths.
• Together with our tech team, you set up clean tracking configurations (GA4, GTM, Pixel, events, custom conversions).
• You contribute your own ideas, test new approaches and help evolve our internal standards.
