About the role
- Evaluate legal ops maturity and define prioritized roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Redesign workflows, roles, and controls; implement operating models and governance
- Recommend and guide implementation/expansion of Onit products and integrated tools
- Build metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance
- Lead enablement, training, and communications to drive stakeholder buy-in
- Collaborate with pre-sales/sales on discovery and value cases
- Provide structured input to product leadership on enhancements
- Develop client-ready artifacts that codify best practices and market insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field; advanced degree (MBA/JD) a plus
- 7+ years in legal operations, consulting, or business process improvement within a corporate legal department, law firm, or legal tech provider
- Proven success implementing and optimizing ELM/e-billing, matter management, CLM, and legal tech; strong understanding of integrations and data flows
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational and financial data, define KPIs, and translate insights into clear recommendations and roadmaps
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong project/program management skills across discovery, design, implementation, and change management
- Business acumen to align legal strategies with enterprise goals and build value/ROI cases
