Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate legal ops maturity and define prioritized roadmaps with measurable KPIs
Redesign workflows, roles, and controls; implement operating models and governance
Recommend and guide implementation/expansion of Onit products and integrated tools
Build metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance
Lead enablement, training, and communications to drive stakeholder buy-in
Collaborate with pre-sales/sales on discovery and value cases
Provide structured input to product leadership on enhancements
Develop client-ready artifacts that codify best practices and market insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field; advanced degree (MBA/JD) a plus
7+ years in legal operations, consulting, or business process improvement within a corporate legal department, law firm, or legal tech provider
Proven success implementing and optimizing ELM/e-billing, matter management, CLM, and legal tech; strong understanding of integrations and data flows
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational and financial data, define KPIs, and translate insights into clear recommendations and roadmaps
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong project/program management skills across discovery, design, implementation, and change management
Business acumen to align legal strategies with enterprise goals and build value/ROI cases
