About the role
- As a Value Engineering Manager, you will independently manage multiple customer projects with international top-tier manufacturing companies and take ownership of converting them from pilot engagements into long-term SaaS partnerships.
- You will be a key driver in bringing the IQA Lean Copilot and the latest technologies into real-world operations - delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and sustainability for our customers.
- Your focus will be on maximizing and clearly demonstrating the value IQA creates for our customers.
- You will ensure the successful implementation of IQA and demonstrate its long-term impact by highlighting its strategic importance and embedding it into day-to-day operations – helping our customers build future-proof, lean and sustainable manufacturing operations.
- You will work across teams to maximize customer impact with IQA and play a key part in ONIQ’s overall success.
Requirements
- Strong relationship-building skills, outgoing and communicative personality
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm to drive the transformation to sustainable manufacturing with our software IQA
- Ability to understand the most pressing customer issues in production and to present our matching solutions
- Strong customer focus to achieve the best results both for the customer and ONIQ
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field
- Profound experience working in operations consulting, production management, lean manufacturing, operational excellence, or similar
- International experience and a strong awareness of regional business practices, combined with the ability to tailor communication strategies accordingly
- Excellent language skills (English and German C1)
- Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings or industry events (typically 2-4 on-site meetings per month)
