About the role
- Work hands-on with international top-tier manufacturing companies on their digital transformation journey
- Be a key driver in bringing the IQA Lean Copilot and the latest technologies into real-world operations
- Own the end-to-end customer journey for our AI-driven IQA Lean Copilot
- Guide our clients throughout the entire customer value journey with IQA
- Become a trusted advisor to our customers, supporting them in rolling out IQA across the organization
- Develop a thorough understanding of the customer’s manufacturing data and develop reliable and efficient data processing workflows
- Build a strong and trusted relationship with our customers
- Promote IQA by showcasing the software at customer meetings or industry events
- Contribute to ONIQ’s product strategy by bringing in client feedback and ensuring the software stays aligned with customer needs
Requirements
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Outgoing and communicative personality
- Entrepreneurial mindset to drive the transformation to sustainable manufacturing with our software IQA Lean Copilot
- Ability to understand the most pressing customer issues in production and to present our matching solutions
- Strong customer focus to achieve the best results both for the customer and ONIQ
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management or related field
- Preferably some experience working in operations consulting, production management, lean manufacturing, operational excellence, or similar
- Excellent language skills (English and German C1)
- Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings or industry events (approximately 2-4 on-site meetings per month)
