About the role
- Onboarding and Integration: Ensure the client has a positive experience from the start. Collect strategic information via onboarding forms and briefings.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, monitor client satisfaction, and build long-term relationships to increase LTV.
- Demand Management: Track deadlines and deliverables, coordinate priorities with the team, and document feedback and opportunities for improvement.
- Retention and Expansion: Work on contract renewals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and implement strategies to increase customer retention.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, or Account Management.
- Experience with management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, CRM, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of paid traffic, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Negotiation skills and objection-handling experience focused on customer retention.
