About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct proactive client prospecting — identify, visit and present Onfly to companies that match our ideal customer profile.
- Deliver high-impact online and in-person presentations and demonstrations, highlighting Onfly's benefits and differentiators.
- Prepare customized commercial proposals, strategically negotiating contracts, pricing and terms.
- Manage your sales funnel and pipeline in the CRM, ensuring effective follow-up on each opportunity.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success) to ensure the best experience for our clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying new business opportunities.
- Work target-oriented, focusing on results and regional growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields;
- Proven experience in field and online sales and/or consultative B2B sales;
- Experience with SaaS sales will be a strong differentiator;
- Experience with end-to-end sales processes (prospecting, negotiation and account management);
- Valid Category B driver's license (CNH);
- Own vehicle;
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel).
