About the role

  • Manage the complete accounts payable process, including invoice entry, validation and payment execution;
  • Interface and maintain relationships with banks such as Itaú, Bradesco, BTG Pactual and Santander;
  • Attend meetings with suppliers to handle financial matters, negotiate payment terms and resolve discrepancies, ensuring payment compliance and maintaining strong commercial relationships;
  • Prepare and review bank and financial reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy;
  • Support and manage domestic and international payments (focus on operations in Brazil and Mexico);
  • Work analytically to identify inconsistencies and opportunities to improve processes;
  • Lead initiatives to automate financial processes, driving efficiency and scalability;
  • Serve as direct support to leadership (right-hand), providing analyses and a managerial perspective for the area;
  • Monitor cash flow and support payment forecasting;
  • Use and optimize the Sankhya ERP in financial routines;
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring organization and traceability of information;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field;
  • Solid experience in accounts payable and financial routines;
  • Experience in bank and supplier relationship management;
  • Experience with international operations (Mexico is a plus);
  • Advanced Excel; experience with ERPs (Sankhya considered a plus);
  • Analytical mindset and hands-on attitude (able to operate both operationally and strategically);
  • Experience with process improvement and financial automation;
  • Intermediate Spanish (for interaction with the Mexico operation).
