Product Marketing

• You will be responsible for connecting product, marketing, and sales to ensure that:
• The market understands what Onfly does better than anyone else;
• Our products are presented clearly;
• Our solutions convert better in the right segments;
• Our sales team has the arguments and materials that open doors and help drive conversion;
• Create and evolve the product positioning for Onfly solutions (Travel, Expense, Card, Corporate).
• Translate features into clear, relevant, and differentiating messages.
• Build consistent narratives for PLG, SMB, and Corporate.
• Lead feature, product, and integrated campaign launches.
• Create strategies to reduce time-to-value and increase adoption.
• Orchestrate marketing, sales, product, and CS during launches.
• Monitor competitors (TravelPerk, Navan, Paytrack, Copastur, etc.).
• Read the market and anticipate trends (T&E, payments, automation, AI).
• Identify strategic opportunities by segment, company size, and persona.
• Create battlecards, pitch decks, playbooks, and one-pagers for sellers.
• Support Corporate ABM initiatives with tailored copy and narratives.
• Build high-impact success stories with strategic customers.
• Track adoption, activation, conversion, and segmentation metrics.
• Build hypotheses and run experiments (message, channel, personas).
• Define success KPIs for launches and product evolution.
