About the role

  • You actively participate in our recruiting processes and learn how to communicate with applicants.
  • You support us in day-to-day HR operations across all personnel matters — from posting job advertisements to preparing contracts and employment references.
  • You serve as a point of contact for our employees on office and HR-related questions.
  • You take on your own projects in the People & Culture area, e.g. planning and executing team events.
  • You assist in the development and implementation of modern HR tools and processes.

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student — ideally with a focus on Human Resource Management or a comparable degree program.
  • You are available for 3 to 6 months to gain practical experience.
  • Prior experience in HR is an advantage.
  • You have an affinity for social media and are interested in modern employer branding.
  • You work independently, are structured, and enjoy contributing your own ideas.
  • You hold a Class B driver’s license.
