About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to the CTPO to drive the operational rhythm of the R&D organization
  • Track and report on strategic initiatives owned by R&D VPs, including status, risks, and dependencies
  • Surface blockers and drive accountability across initiative owners
  • Run cross-functional R&D programs, including operating cadence, milestone tracking, and stakeholder reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and operating mechanisms for CTPO and VP staff visibility
  • Maintain investment, event, and initiative trackers to support prioritization and decision-making
  • Coordinate VP staff meetings, offsites, and planning cycles, including pre-reads, materials, and decision capture
  • Support OKR and planning processes by helping VPs prepare inputs, synthesizing outputs, and packaging information for executive review
  • Coordinate interview panels and hiring logistics for senior R&D roles
  • Lead ad hoc R&D leadership projects involving research, analysis, event logistics, and communications drafting
  • Coordinate and produce R&D and company All Hands sessions, including agendas, speaker preparation, content, run-of-show, and follow-up communications
  • Develop talking points, presentation materials, briefing documents, and pre-event research for CTPO external and internal events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in program management, chief of staff, business operations, or a comparable cross-functional role, ideally in a software or technology company
  • Ability to run multiple workstreams in parallel and drive them to closure with minimal oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience drafting executive-facing content, including memos, decks, and talking points
  • Ability to work directly with senior leaders and across functions
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities with sound judgment
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and project tracking platforms
  • Preferred: Fluency with AI tools and demonstrated use of them to accelerate program management, communications, and analysis work
  • Preferred: Prior experience supporting an R&D, engineering, or product organization
  • Preferred: Familiarity with OKR frameworks, operating cadences, and executive planning processes
