About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted advisor to R&D Leadership Teams
- Translate business priorities into people and organization strategies
- Identify opportunities and risks using business, talent, and organizational insights
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, capability building, and organizational effectiveness
- Support annual business planning and long-range strategic planning through a talent and organization lens
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development discussions
- Strengthen diverse talent pipelines and critical capabilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain high-caliber talent
- Support career development, mobility, and succession plans for critical leadership roles
- Coach and guide R&D leaders and leadership teams
- Strengthen leadership effectiveness and build high-performing teams
- Facilitate leadership team discussions and interventions
- Coach managers through complex employee situations, organizational changes, and performance discussions
- Shape and steward an engagement and performance culture
- Drive employee engagement strategies using employee sentiment and organizational health insights
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen inclusion, wellbeing, collaboration, and performance culture
- Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives
- Implement transformation and change programs
- Diagnose organizational challenges and recommend solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- Minimum 6+ years of professional experience with significant HR Business Partnering experience
- Experience supporting senior leaders
- Strong track record in talent management, succession planning, leadership coaching, organizational design, and change management
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes through people strategies
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Coaching and influencing capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to navigate complexity and lead through change
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
