About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assists as an experienced support individual contributor that executes routine tasks.
Provides support for internal teams within Operations.
Follows routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.
Completes tasks to meet production targets under general supervision.
Maintains front-line knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory issues.
Adheres to standard operating procedures to support tasks related to the processing of ingredients and/or pharmaceutical products.
Helps monitor resources and escalates concerns to leaders to maximize successful business results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 3 years' relevant experience or a non-relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 5 years' relevant experience.
A B1 level in Dutch or English is required.
Basic level for MS office and routine level for business applications.
Quality oriented and precise.
Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to handle changing priorities.
Ability to work on a shift roster.
