Key responsibilities & impact

Designing and deploying integrated solutions across Order Management, Order Intake, Contract & Pricing, Delivery, Master Data, Billing, EDI / Interfaces, API
Own Supply Chain ERP SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) product vision and translate user needs
Identify opportunities that leverage technology—including AI, automation, and advanced analytics
Define value realization frameworks, including success metrics, KR/KPIs
Lead and partner with engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of new capabilities
Oversee backlog management, user story quality, sequencing, and sprint execution
Serve as a champion of the J&J MedTech Product Operating Model,
Lead adoption of Agile frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
A minimum of 8 years relevant SAP experience
A minimum of 5 years relevant Life Sciences experience
In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA, particularly the Order to Cash (O2C) module
Comprehensive knowledge of the entire O2C cycle
Strong understanding of core business processes related to Pre sales, Sales, Contracts & Pricing, Billing, and Accounts Receivable
Experience in Medtech/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations
Experience with Agile methodology
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation
Expertise in configuring the SAP S/4HANA O2C module to meet business requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to design and test integrations with external and internal systems / partners
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skilled in creating detailed technical documentation
