About the role

  • Promote and communicate your product line to healthcare professionals, demonstrating solid knowledge of the pathologies, treatments, and competing products
  • Be able to guide and prompt reflection on physicians' treatment decisions, clarifying the value evidence of our products and providing transparent information about side effects and contraindications
  • Plan an efficient visitation schedule for hospitals, private practices, clinics, and outpatient centers, focusing on priority physicians according to the action plan defined for the cycle
  • Keep the physician database up to date, prospecting new high-potential healthcare professionals and regularly reassessing the productivity of your client panel, proposing changes whenever they make business sense
  • Plan continuing medical education activities aligned with marketing strategies and coordinate them with healthcare professionals and institutions
  • Implement robust planning and execution of visits, adopting the techniques of the Company's interaction model, as well as visit sequencing and actions aimed at short-, medium- and long-term results
  • Analyze the Company's indicators against established objectives through audit reports and propose action plans for your territory
  • Understand the healthcare system landscape in your territory, building a detailed, strategic mapping of each account in your portfolio to act on opportunities and minimize barriers throughout the patient journey
  • Demonstrate strong ability to establish strategic connections with various internal stakeholders to accelerate the execution of action plans in priority accounts, through clearly defined roles and responsibilities
  • Continuously pursue self-development, not limited to the Company's tools and resources, and share knowledge and support peers in their individual growth
  • Proactively seek feedback from your line manager and other colleagues to improve performance and career growth, demonstrating engagement with your own development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • MBA or postgraduate degree preferred
  • Previous commercial experience outside the pharmaceutical industry, or experience within the pharmaceutical industry in non-commercial roles
  • Experience in any healthcare field will be considered a plus
  • Basic English
  • Valid driver's license (CNH) required
  • Willingness to travel: 30% of the time
  • Must reside in the job location: Florianópolis or Vale do Itajaí
