- Lead intake, scoping, prioritization, and resolution of automation-related requests
- Ensure robust, fit-for-purpose design and promote standardization
- Provide expert input and alignment on key design decisions
- Collaborate with automation leads
- Identify opportunities for harmonization and sharing of solutions
- Maintain strong connections with industry experts
Requirements
- BS. Degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- At least 10 years of experience in an Automation, OT or IT role
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of industrial automation systems
- Expertise in ISA S95 and S88 standards
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic mindset and hands-on capability
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, additional languages would be a significant advantage
