💰 $131,000 - $211,600 per year
About the role
- Lead sales activities that would result in customer and patient satisfaction while exceeding sales goals and objectives
- Implement and carry out selling strategies and strategic sales plans
- Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse group of individuals within their region
- Ensure team is leveraging available market data tools for customer targeting, business planning, and pipeline management
- Provide ongoing performance management, mentorship, and career development of sales team
- Drive business results by working closely with consultants to set and achieve territory objectives
- Assume a lead role in the territory in acquisition of new accounts and surgeon relationships
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in an applicable field such as Business, Marketing, Finance
- An MBA is preferred
- At least 8 years of relevant business and/or leadership experience is required
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience, coaching, or mentoring others
- Previous experience and track record of success in the Foot & Ankle market preferred
- Participation in a Sales Leadership Development Program is preferred
- Excellent listening, written & oral communication skills
- Good organizational skills along with the ability to make impactful sales presentations
- Strong Customer Understanding
- Demonstrated leadership capability including the ability to lead through change.
- Clinical and procedure excellence, product expertise and new product introduction experience
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop field sales talent
- Track record of success working within a complex organizational environment
