About the role
- Troubleshoot clinical and technical issues promptly
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers
- Seek, analyze, and act on customer feedback
- Offer rapid responses to customer technical inquiries
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Lead efforts to promote adoption of procedures and technologies
- Serve as a subject matter expert.
- Remain informed of industry advancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Robotics, or a related domain
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Medtech, healthcare sales or technical roles
- Demonstrated experience in medical technology, healthcare sales, or technical roles, with a focus on robotics and medical devices
- Proficiency in the understanding of robotics, human physiology, and medical equipment
- Flexibility for extensive travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Valid driver’s license.
