About the role
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned to enterprise risk priorities.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging IRM / risk management trends and opportunities.
- Establish and track OKRs to measure product performance, user satisfaction, and strategic impact.
- Partner closely with Global Trade, Global Services Risk & Compliance, ISRM, ERM, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and align priorities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams and business partners; translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer input, and technical feasibility.
- Lead Agile ceremonies—including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives—to ensure timely and high quality delivery.
- Oversee and support user acceptance testing to ensure features meet requirements and deliver intended outcomes.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to support smooth product rollout and long term adoption.
- Integrate AI‑driven capabilities into the IRM platform to enhance workflow efficiency, insights, and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of related technology experience.
- Proven expertise delivering IT solutions and driving product outcomes at scale.
- Strong leadership and cross functional influencing skills.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile, SDLC, and risk/security management practices.
- Excellent communication skills; able to present to both technical and business audiences.
- Experience coordinating UAT, training, and change management for enterprise deployments.
