About the role
- Serve as the TPO for multiple Procurement DI&A products and platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver robust analytics solutions
- Define and manage the product backlog
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Define business value, measurement of return on investment , manage total cost of ownership (TCO)
- Monitor platform performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend enhancements
- Conduct regular QBRs (Quarterly business reviews) and stakeholder reviews
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and procurement
- Lead training sessions and workshops to promote platform adoption
- Maintain portfolio information in JnJ tools and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field is required
- An advanced degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of IT-related experience
- Proven experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance product capabilities
- Understanding AI concepts and frameworks
- Experience integrating AI-driven features into digital products or platforms
- Ability to collaborate with data science and engineering teams to define AI requirements
- Hands-on experience generating prompts — creating, refining, and measuring prompts
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA)
- Solid understanding of Procurement processes and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
