About the role

  • Proactively managing risk mitigation projects and portfolio across the Deliver functions to ensure smooth and resilient operations and minimize customer supply disruptions related to logistics activities.
  • Running risk databases, guaranteeing information integrity and tracking vs metrics to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ensuring effective adoption and implementation of comprehensive risk management frameworks in our network.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Leading specific risk exercises.
  • Collaborating on initiatives related to Business Continuity, Resiliency, Cybersecurity and Operational Risks
  • Developing dashboards and executive summaries for leadership.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives using data analysis and process redesign, where applicable.

Requirements

  • A minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution or supply chain roles.
  • Prior responsibility in risk management related roles is a plus.
  • English proficiency
  • Project Management prior experience required.
  • Skilled using Power BI/dashboarding tools, data queries and reporting to monitor critical metrics and drive decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to influence and coordinate cross-functional and regional partners.
  • Ability to transform data insights into operational actions and measurable business outcomes.
  • Project management certification (FpX, PMI or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience in risk management roles or processes.
  • Exposure to working across multiple geographies
