About the role
- Proactively managing risk mitigation projects and portfolio across the Deliver functions to ensure smooth and resilient operations and minimize customer supply disruptions related to logistics activities.
- Running risk databases, guaranteeing information integrity and tracking vs metrics to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ensuring effective adoption and implementation of comprehensive risk management frameworks in our network.
- Providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Leading specific risk exercises.
- Collaborating on initiatives related to Business Continuity, Resiliency, Cybersecurity and Operational Risks
- Developing dashboards and executive summaries for leadership.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives using data analysis and process redesign, where applicable.
Requirements
- A minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution or supply chain roles.
- Prior responsibility in risk management related roles is a plus.
- English proficiency
- Project Management prior experience required.
- Skilled using Power BI/dashboarding tools, data queries and reporting to monitor critical metrics and drive decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to influence and coordinate cross-functional and regional partners.
- Ability to transform data insights into operational actions and measurable business outcomes.
- Project management certification (FpX, PMI or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience in risk management roles or processes.
- Exposure to working across multiple geographies
