About the role

  • Implement and drive the Biosense Webster commercial strategy by leading sales and clinical personnel
  • Enhance profitable sales growth in the US Sales & Field Service group
  • Meet and exceed sales and profit targets
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop tactical sales plans
  • Coach and lead direct reports
  • Develop Regional Business Directors for performance oversight
  • Develop and enhance clinical proficiency of area team
  • Recruit, develop and retain talent in the Area
  • Create and implement customer relationship strategies
  • Partner with internal partners to develop area strategic plans
  • Participate as an active member of the US Sales & Field Services Leadership Team

Requirements

  • Minimum of a BA/BS
  • combined with a minimum of 10 years professional work experience
  • MBA is preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of Sales Management experience in the US medical device industry is required
  • A minimum of 2 years business experience in the Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular field is preferred
  • People management experience required, leading multi-functional teams (eg, sales, clinical, technical services, etc.) is preferred
  • Sales management, processes and planning experience, along with strong customer focus is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven understanding of training and education methodologies
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver's license issued in the United States
  • Ability to travel up to 60% is required.
