About the role
- Implement and drive the Biosense Webster commercial strategy by leading sales and clinical personnel
- Enhance profitable sales growth in the US Sales & Field Service group
- Meet and exceed sales and profit targets
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop tactical sales plans
- Coach and lead direct reports
- Develop Regional Business Directors for performance oversight
- Develop and enhance clinical proficiency of area team
- Recruit, develop and retain talent in the Area
- Create and implement customer relationship strategies
- Partner with internal partners to develop area strategic plans
- Participate as an active member of the US Sales & Field Services Leadership Team
Requirements
- Minimum of a BA/BS
- combined with a minimum of 10 years professional work experience
- MBA is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of Sales Management experience in the US medical device industry is required
- A minimum of 2 years business experience in the Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular field is preferred
- People management experience required, leading multi-functional teams (eg, sales, clinical, technical services, etc.) is preferred
- Sales management, processes and planning experience, along with strong customer focus is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven understanding of training and education methodologies
- Candidates must possess a valid driver's license issued in the United States
- Ability to travel up to 60% is required.
