About the role

  • Expand the sales of Johnson & Johnson products and to convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction.
  • Understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of products to physicians.
  • Handle customer product questions and objections in a consistent manner with sales training methodology.
  • Maintain and expand current accounts, build new accounts, develop strong customer relationships, and meet quotas for various products.
  • Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical and persuasive manner leading the customer to action.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree with minimum 3 + years of relevant healthcare professional sales experience and/or business-to-business sales experience required or equivalent level experience in an interventional environment
  • Minimum of three years Neurovascular industry experience required
  • 2 – 5 years of Medical Device sales experience is preferred
  • Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room or Radiology suite environment where candidates are accustomed to working with physicians is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver's license issued in the United States and must successfully complete a background investigation, to include a review of your driving record history.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to relocate and reside within the assigned Territory.
  • Must have and maintain knowledge of healthcare industry, medical device industry, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends.
  • Sales experience in the neurovascular space and/or the medical device field is preferred
  • Must successfully complete Company training programs.
  • Must have valid driver’s license in the state of residence, advanced computer skills, and the ability to multitask without direct oversight of manager.
