About the role
- Lead and develop a team of material replenishment planners
- Oversee daily MRP runs and review planned orders executed by the team
- Direct the team’s monitoring of stock levels and drive root-cause analysis
- Ensure the team maintains key MRP settings aligned with service targets
- Guide planners in translating demand patterns into planning inputs
- Provide direction on resolving supply constraints and late orders
- Drive continuous improvement of replenishment strategies
- Oversee development and use of dashboards and reports to communicate inventory status
- Partner with cross-functional teams and engage key suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 7+ years in supply planning, inventory management, or network planning preferred
- Experience leading a small team or serving in a supervising/planning lead or manager role
- Solid understanding of supply planning principles and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with MRP and inventory optimization techniques
- Ability to interpret inventory, demand, and transit data
- Experience designing or governing standard work, parameter management, and planning calendars across multiple sites or product families
