About the role
- Responsible for leading a team of sales reps focused on driving sales activities
- Implementing and executing selling strategies and strategic sales plans
- Demonstrate product and procedural knowledge; clinical and procedure excellence
- Recruiting, hiring, and retaining a professional sales consultant for each territory
- Provide on-going performance management, coaching, and development of direct reports
- Drive business results by working closely with field sales team to set and achieve territory objectives
- Assist field sales representatives in penetrating existing accounts with new technologies
- Complete sales processes including business plans, contract strategy and execution and pricing models
- Establish relationships with key surgeons, key accounts, and associations
Requirements
- 6 years of total work experience required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or equivalent is preferred
- Sales or marketing management experience
- Sales experience with documented history of sales success in a medical device sales environment
- Deep experience in at least one of the following: account management, contracting, marketing, sales management
- Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room environment and/or experience calling on plastic surgeons
- Aesthetics sales experience and experience calling on plastic surgeons
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong Business Insight & analytical skills
- Presentation skills
- Valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States and a clean driving record is required
