About the role
- Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception through closeout, ensuring projects deliver scope, quality, and safety standards on time and within budget.
- Provide proactive communication to stakeholders via Sponsor and Steerco updates, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels.
- Coordinate project-related activities, including design, execution, and closeout, working closely with project controls leads, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve program conflicts and address potential issues proactively.
- Manage customer interactions, project portfolio delivery aligned with KPIs, and contractor relationships to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across projects and regions.
- Oversee multiple projects or a regional portfolio, ensuring consistent delivery and adherence to organizational standards.
- Foster engagement with stakeholders and promote a collaborative approach to project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management from an accredited institution is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in engineering, project management, or manufacturing within regulated environments, with a strong emphasis on strategic oversight and team leadership.
- Proven experience in managing multiple large-scale projects or portfolios, with the ability to prioritize and align efforts with organizational goals.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budget management, and resource allocation, including development of business plans and financial forecasts.
- Manufacturing experience in FDA-regulated environments, including design, startup, and operational phases.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding cross-functional and cross-regional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to manufacturing and engineering operations.
- Familiarity with JNJ systems such as IDEA, FPX, and OneCSS.

- Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
- Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
