About the role
- Lead the overall management of sales strategies, activities, operations, and budgets
- Demonstrate product and procedural knowledge and clinical excellence
- Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse group of individuals
- Ensure team is leveraging available market data tools
- Provide performance management, mentorship, and career development of sales team
- Drive business results and work closely with consultants
- Establish relationships with key surgeons and accounts
- Participate in compliance program-related activities
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Finance
- MBA preferred
- 8 years of relevant business and/or leadership experience
- 2 years of management experience
- Previous experience in Trauma & Extremities market preferred
- Strong Customer Understanding
- Excellent listening, written & oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Clinical and procedure excellence, product expertise and new product introduction experience
- Demonstrated leadership capability
- Valid driver's license in the United States
