Junior Product Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a specific product area from concept through delivery
- Write clear, well-structured development tickets with acceptance criteria
- Gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders (communication is in English)
- Coordinate with developers and QA to ship features on time
- Test delivered features for correctness, edge cases, and compliance with industry requirements
- Maintain product documentation and roadmap for your area
- Use AI tools as a core part of your daily workflow — not as an afterthought, but as your primary way of working faster and better
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role in software
- AI-native mindset: you already use AI tools daily for writing, research, analysis, and productivity.
- Strong written communication in English
- Ability to write clear specifications that developers can build from
- Comfortable working asynchronously with a fully remote team
- Based in the Philippines
- Nice to Have: Experience in health-tech, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with GitHub (issues, project boards, milestones)
- Experience with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
- Understanding of the German healthcare or therapy industry
