About the role
- To learn the basics, you'll start by entering and managing patient and treatment data in our proprietary practice management software.
- Afterwards, depending on your interests and strengths, you'll take on tasks in the following areas:
- Prescription management : Record prescriptions in our system and organize the ordering/correction and billing with the health insurance companies.
- Support : Process written and telephone inquiries from therapists, relatives, and patients in our ticketing system.
- Physician Management : Maintain close contact with our physicians by regularly calling medical practices, deepening relationships with new and existing physicians, or maintaining our physician database.
- We are a rapidly growing company, so processes evolve over time. If you'd like, you can actively help shape these changes!
Requirements
- You have at least 30 hours per week available, but full-time is preferred.
- You have excellent IT skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You communicate convincingly and professionally, both by phone and in writing.
- You work conscientiously and independently, and you enjoy taking on responsibility.
