Requirements

5+ years of data analysis/business intelligence experience.
Experience partnering cross-functionally, e.g., with product, engineering, and operations.
Demonstrated track record of influencing business decisions through data.
Advanced SQL expertise. You understand window functions, CTEs, and complex data transformations.
Proficiency with a popular BI application such as Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight, or anything comparable.
Strong data modeling fundamentals and experience building scalable, reusable datasets.
Impressive spreadsheet skills, including XLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
Strong statistical intuition and comfort evaluating experiments.
Experience mentoring junior analysts or setting best practices for analysis and reporting.
