About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive demand, enablement, and awareness among our global partner network.
Create, organize, and execute marketing programs and campaigns that align with our global partner strategy and result in substantial new sales opportunity creation.
Tracking of marketing development fund (MDF) ROI with executed programs.
Collaborate across departments (global and field marketing, sales management, design, and operations).
Measure the impact of marketing efforts by partner, region, and program, while looking for ways to improve.
Repurpose and customize existing programs, plays, and content to reach new audiences within accounts.
Track engagement through our partner relationship management system.
Create and distribute collateral, resources, and corporate marketing materials.
Develop new ways to engage and excite the partner community.
Work with Partner GTM teams to ensure alignment on objectives, strategy, and execution priorities to drive business impact for both parties.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of marketing experience
Experience working with alliance partners on marketing program execution
Active AI Background in content creation
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
Experience in enterprise software (CPM/EPM a plus)
Experience in both content development and PowerPoint creation
Excellent prioritization, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
Outstanding communication and analytical abilities.
