About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide an integral consultative component to our customer’s ongoing efforts to expedite the ROI and maximize the effectiveness of their business performance management solutions, especially OneStream.
Work with customers to develop applications primarily for financial reporting
Complete implementation work in a timely manner and assist in validating requirements and design of applications
Perform routine and non-routine activities independently, with minimal coaching and supervision
Work together with customer resources and frequently with a team of other consultants to implement complex web-based Business Performance Management solutions
Engage in conversations with Sales to discuss implementation of a use case at current or prior customer (or employer)
Delegate tasks to and mentor other team members
Review and finalize documentation and application elements prepared by other junior team members
Lead troubleshooting and resolution of application issues
Lead multitasking design sessions and prepare complete design documents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of Implementing CPM Solutions, with 3+ years Implementing OneStream
An active OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) – Core Platform Architect digital credential
Extensive experience with SQL, C#, VB.NET or similar programming experience
High degree of proficiency with MS Office and data modeling skills
Deep understanding of financial accounting and/or planning processes
Strong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research)
Superior presentation skills
Strong technical skills/background as it relates to product implementation
Prior Experience with databases (Oracle, Essbase, etc.)
