About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end design, rollout, and lifecycle management of strategic partner programs and projects across the partner journey (attract, onboard, enable, scale, and optimize).
  • Translate alliances strategy into clear program charters, operating models, timelines, and success metrics; drive cross-functional alignment across Alliances, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner Enablement, and Partner Success.
  • Partner with Alliances leadership to evolve partner program and tiering constructs (criteria, benefits, investment/fee models, and “level up” motions) and ensure regional consistency with global scalability.
  • Operationalize partner performance management through scorecards, dashboards, and governance rhythms; define inputs, data quality requirements, and reporting to support portfolio prioritization and decision-making.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of partner-facing infrastructure and tools (e.g., content enablement platforms, onboarding assets, and partner communications), coordinating change management and stakeholder communications.
  • Develop program requirements and business cases for ecosystem investments (e.g., partner content systems, data collaboration/PRM automation, cloud environments), including cost/benefit, operating implications, and rollout plans.
  • Partner with Alliance Partner Managers to drive partner engagement in priority motions (account mapping, sales alignment, referrals, events, solution assets) and ensure program participation is measurable and actioned.
  • Establish and run governance to identify dependencies, risks, and issues early; coordinate mitigation plans and executive readouts when programs are off track.
  • Enable scalable “build-with / market-with / sell-with / service-with” motions by defining repeatable processes for solution packaging, Solution Exchange readiness, co-marketing execution, and services alignment.
  • Support revenue-expansion initiatives by program-managing strategy-to-execution workstreams (e.g., reseller/MSP concepts, ISV partnership motions), including stakeholder alignment and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate executive-level engagement programs (e.g., executive sponsor motions) by defining playbooks, measurement, and communications to strengthen partner relationships and expand influence.
  • Ensure program documentation, controls, and partner-facing artifacts align to OneStream partner policies and compliance requirements; partner with Legal/Operations as needed.
  • Drive operational excellence through OKR planning, quarterly business reviews on program performance, and continuous improvement, standardizing what works and scaling it across regions and partner segments.
