About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide an integral consultative component to our customer’s ongoing efforts to expedite the ROI and maximize the effectiveness of their business performance management solutions, especially OneStream XF.
Consultants are responsible for providing solutions by working with customers to develop applications primarily for financial reporting.
A Consultant completes the implementation work in a timely manner and can assist in validating the requirements and design of the application.
Act as an onboarding guide/mentor to new Consultants.
Produce project documentation including status reports, design documentation framework, application documentation, end-user training materials, test scripts, validation templates, etc.
Participate in Regional, North America, and Global practice calls.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in fields such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, CIS, OR equivalent work experience.
2 – 5 years relevant work experience including CPM experience.
Demonstrated experience with MS Office and data modeling skills.
Knowledge of financial accounting processes.
Strong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research).
Superior presentation skills.
Strong technical skills/background as it relates to product implementation.
Experience with databases (Oracle, Essbase, etc.).
